Sherko has 23 years of work experience, with 20 years of management experience, including a high-level position.   

During the 23 years, Sherko had many massive achievements, hence been promoted from junior level till Senior manager level, yearly or each couple of years.  

Sherko ’s experience appears as the below main fields:

• Commercial /Marketing/ Customer Care:

Has performed the network expansion, till covering all Iraq, however on demand, regulation or proactively as business opportunity, as well as listen and consider customer compliance regarding luck of coverage or bad coverage.  

• Program Management/Project management: 

Has performed programs mapped to business objectives that improve organizational performance, oversee and coordinate the various projects and other strategic initiatives throughout the organization Example: (CRBT, CBS, USD charging to IQD) and also to manage E2E project management, starting from RFI/RFP/RFQ till FAT and project closer, doing project charter, project cost management, risk management, project team, steering committee, project schedule, planning, execution and closer. 

• Technology: 

Has concentrated in Engineering/Radio Frequency, with exposure to technical writing/ Specs and Documentation, 

• Quality management/ Process development & Improvement:

Has perform the documentation of the business processes, lean the processes, risk and opportunity management in the processes to ensure the quality outputs. Example: Customer complain handling process, PLM process, PLC process…etc.
