Job Description

🔹 Job Summary:
Hope Pulse Relief & Development is looking to recruit a MEAL Officer to support project teams in tracking activity progress, ensuring data quality, and enhancing overall performance. The officer will be responsible for implementing MEAL systems, collecting and analyzing data, and preparing regular reports.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop data collection tools in line with project indicators

  • Conduct field visits to monitor project activities

  • Train staff on MEAL concepts and tools

  • Prepare regular reports on outcomes, challenges, and lessons learned

  • Ensure compliance with feedback and complaints mechanisms

🔹 Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Project Management, or a related field

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in MEAL within NGOs

  • Good knowledge of data collection tools such as Kobo Toolbox and Excel

  • Strong data analysis and report writing skills

  • Excellent communication skills and team spirit

  • Proficiency in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
