Job Objective:
Lead and develop the company's marketing strategies to ensure brand enhancement, increase market share, and attract targeted customers through innovative and effective marketing channels.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop and implement the marketing strategy and annual business plan in line with the company's objectives.
Manage the marketing budget and ensure optimal use of resources.
Oversee marketing campaigns (electronic and traditional) and analyze their results.
Develop and implement digital marketing strategies (SEO, SEM, social media platforms, email, content).
Conduct market and competitor research to understand trends and opportunities.
Promote the company's brand, manage visual identity, and marketing messages.
Coordinate with sales teams to generate leads and achieve sales targets.
Manage relationships with advertising agencies and external suppliers.
Prepare periodic reports on marketing performance and submit them to senior management.
Lead and develop the marketing team and motivate it to achieve desired performance.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
At least 2 years of practical experience in the marketing field.
Strong knowledge of digital and traditional marketing tools and strategies.
Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
High analytical and creative abilities.
Strong communication and presentation skills in both Arabic and English.
Ability to work under pressure and achieve goals.
