🔹 Job Summary:
ShamTech Solutions, a growing IT and digital services company based in Damascus, is hiring a Sales & Marketing Executive to support business development and promote the company’s services across various sectors. The ideal candidate will be passionate about technology, skilled in communication, and experienced in sales strategies.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote digital services

• Identify new business opportunities and potential clients

• Maintain strong client relationships and follow up on leads

• Prepare proposals and participate in negotiations

• Manage social media campaigns and monitor engagement

• Support the team in attending trade shows and industry events

🔹 Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

• At least 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the tech sector

• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills

• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and social media platforms

• Fluent in Arabic; good command of English is a plus
