We are seeking a highly driven Sales & Business Development Manager with proven expertise in ICT, ELV systems, and Industrial IoT (IIoT). This role requires a professional with both strong sales acumen and a solid technical background, capable of bridging business development with advanced technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive business growth by identifying, pursuing, and closing opportunities in ICT, ELV, and IIoT markets.

  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships with enterprises, government entities, and industrial clients.

  • Conduct technical presentations, solution demonstrations, and proposal development.

  • Work closely with engineering and technical teams to design and deliver tailored solutions that meet client requirements.

  • Prepare commercial offers, negotiate contracts, and achieve sales targets.

  • Monitor industry trends and competitors to identify new opportunities.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, ICT, or related field.

  • Minimum 5+ years’ proven experience in sales or business development within ICT, ELV, or IIoT sectors.

  • Strong understanding of low current systems (CCTV, access control, BMS, GRMS, AV, etc.) and ICT infrastructure solutions.

  • Solid knowledge of Industrial IoT platforms and applications.

  • Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
