We are seeking a highly driven Sales & Business Development Manager with proven expertise in ICT, ELV systems, and Industrial IoT (IIoT). This role requires a professional with both strong sales acumen and a solid technical background, capable of bridging business development with advanced technology solutions.
Drive business growth by identifying, pursuing, and closing opportunities in ICT, ELV, and IIoT markets.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships with enterprises, government entities, and industrial clients.
Conduct technical presentations, solution demonstrations, and proposal development.
Work closely with engineering and technical teams to design and deliver tailored solutions that meet client requirements.
Prepare commercial offers, negotiate contracts, and achieve sales targets.
Monitor industry trends and competitors to identify new opportunities.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, ICT, or related field.
Minimum 5+ years’ proven experience in sales or business development within ICT, ELV, or IIoT sectors.
Strong understanding of low current systems (CCTV, access control, BMS, GRMS, AV, etc.) and ICT infrastructure solutions.
Solid knowledge of Industrial IoT platforms and applications.
Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
